Cancellation policy

Payment for pre-order items is taken in full at checkout. You may cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund to your original payment method by emailing ryan@tradekittools.com with your order number. Estimated dispatch dates are our best estimate and may change due to manufacturing or freight delays. If the estimated dispatch date for your order changes materially, we will notify you by email and you may keep your order or cancel it for a full refund. Once your order has been dispatched, our standard Refund Policy applies, including 14-day change of mind returns and your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Australian Consumer Law. We do not currently offer subscriptions.
